About The Way To Stay

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide comprehensive, cost-effective and complete quality home care for elderly residents in the community. The Way to Stay is dedicated to providing families with high quality care. Our family-centered approach to home care employs trained staff with personal integrity and a commitment to the specialized care of others. Our goal is to assist the residents in maximizing their potential for quality of life. We encourage and support resident independence. Assisting residents to retain the ability to provide self-care is emphasized. Appropriate care plans are followed to meet each resident’s unique
needs. The Way to Stay is committed to a warm, friendly, caring and compassionate living alternative for the elderly. Companionship, home and family is our emphasis and elderly well being is our priority. The Way to Stay is dedicated to providing quality housing, health and support services for older adults of all faiths and to enrich the physical, social and spiritual dimensions of their lives. We want our residents and their families to be actively involved in the home. We listen to residents and family concerns, and use a continuous quality improvement process to enhance our care and services.
